Flow & Restore
Thursdays from 5:45-6:45 pm at Urban Breath in Maplewood. This class is a combination of vinyasa and restorative yoga, resulting in a practice that will leave you feeling replenished. You'll begin with a grounding flow to build heat in the muscles. A replenishing restorative sequence awaits you afterward, to balance your class experience.
Baby & Me Yoga
Sundays from 12:30-1:30 pm at Urban Breath in Maplewood. Bring your baby (ages newborn to crawling) to this postnatal yoga class, where you can stretch and relax with your baby by your side. All of the postures and exercises in this class are modified specifically for postpartum challenges and will help to gently strengthen the pelvic floor and abdominal muscles. Everything your baby needs is welcome here, so no worries if they need to nurse, have a diaper change, or take a nap. These classes are not only a great way to get to know other new parents, but they offer the chance to reconnect with your own body while bonding with your baby, as well.

Sundays from 4-5:30 pm at Urban Breath in Maplewood. Get in touch with your baby and your changing body through yoga. Stay strong and fit as your body grows and changes in this special 90-min class. With yoga, you will build strength and flexibility and learn beneficial breathing techniques for labor and relaxation. No prior yoga experience is needed. Mothers-to-be at all stages of pregnancy are welcome in this class.
