Prenatal Yoga

Saturdays at Urban Breath in Maplewood. Get in touch with your baby and your changing body through yoga. Stay strong and fit as your body grows and changes in this special 90-min class. With yoga, you will build strength and flexibility and learn beneficial breathing techniques for labor and relaxation. No prior yoga experience is needed. Mothers-to-be at all stages of pregnancy are welcome in this class.
