Flow & Restore

Thursdays from 6-7 pm at Urban Breath in Maplewood. This class is a combination of vinyasa and restorative yoga, resulting in a practice that will leave you feeling replenished. You'll begin with a grounding flow to build heat in the muscles. A replenishing restorative sequence awaits you afterward, to balance your class experience.

Prenatal Yoga

Sundays from 4-5:30 pm at Urban Breath in Maplewood. Get in touch with your baby and your changing body through yoga. Stay strong and fit as your body grows and changes in this special 90-min class. With yoga, you will build strength and flexibility and learn beneficial breathing techniques for labor and relaxation. No prior yoga experience is needed. Mothers-to-be at all stages of pregnancy are welcome in this class.
