Maternity Yoga Private Class

Pre & Postnatal Yoga

Our private yoga classes together will focus on cultivating strength, stability, and stress relief for birth, postpartum, and beyond. We will practice coping techniques for you to use in labor or as daily practices for calm during pregnancy and postpartum. If you work with me postpartum, we will focus on easing back into a movement practice and rebuilding core and pelvic floor stability and strength. These sessions may be in-person at your home or virtual, depending on your preference.

Private Yoga: $45/1-hour session

Virtual or In-Person. No minimum number of classes.
